The Opportunity - Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians.
- Current IN state license is a plus.
The Practice Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Schererville, Indiana Community Hospital Outpatient Center, St. John - St. John, Indiana - These outpatient centers serve the local community, both appointments and walk-ins.
- Additional services include heart care, immediate care, laboratory and therapy services, among others.
- Minor procedures performed at both locations.
- Single provider coverage.
- Will be cross-credentialed at both sites.
- Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4:30pm.
