Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions
- Perform surgical and procedural interventions consistent with specialty training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives
- Adhere to Riverside Medical Group policies and professional standards
Education- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Licensure, Certification, and Credentials- Active or eligible for Virginia medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Current DEA registration (or eligible)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong clinical and surgical proficiency in urology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
