PureView Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team health care providers. You will be caring for patients in a federally qualified health center clinic in Helena, MT, with support from a highly skilled interdisciplinary team in a truly integrated Medical Home model. No OB and only 'home call' with phone calls only.

The Opportunity

This position provides general primary and preventive health care counseling and treatment for patients in accordance with licensure and approved privileges. The position works as a team member to support patients to achieve health goals and/or improvement in health outcomes. Medical director acts as direct supervisor.
