Description & RequirementsOur Family Medicine Team provides coverage throughout Southern Idaho.
At our clinics, we offer a wide scope of services, including primary care for newborns, children, and adults; minor procedures (colposcopy and IUD insertion); management of chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and skin problems); immunizations; joint injections; and preventive care and wellness counseling.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
