Assesses, diagnoses, and treats mental illnesses and disorders using therapy, medication, and other interventions.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
  • Prescribes medications and other treatments to manage symptoms and improve mental health.
  • Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.


Education Requirement:

MD or DO, required.

Licensure Requirement:

Ohio Medical License, required.

Certifications:
