Department/Specialty: Physician Support Service

Schedule: Full-time | Days | 8am-5pm (responsible for Urgent Cares open 7 days per week)

This position will cover Zionsville, Fishers and Anderson

  • Managed staffing, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and employee relations to maintain adequate coverage, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Oversaw budgeting, billing and collections, regulatory compliance, contracts, vendor relationships, and physician compensation support to optimize financial performance and compliance.
  • Coordinated patient care services and monitored patient flow, quality outcomes, and service delivery to enhance patient satisfaction and improve practice efficiency.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Prior Healthcare leadership experience required.

Clinical experience preferred.
