- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatric Ophthalmology
- Practice includes: Vitreo-retinal Surgeon, Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialist, Cornea Specialist, Oculoplastics Surgeon, General Ophthalmologist and 2 Optometrists
- Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital
- Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group
- EPIC electronic health record system wide
