POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • Required: Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Required: Residency training in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Required: Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine (1 year) from an accredited program.

Licenses & Certifications:
  • State Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, PM&R) with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine.

Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field, including any relevant residency or fellowship experience.
