What You'll DoAs a Pediatric Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients in our pediatric clinic while practicing sound clinical judgment and maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care across the full scope of the clinic.
- Provide physician oversight for areas of the practice requiring medical leadership.
- Stay current on evolving medical standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to support an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Address operational concerns constructively and professionally with the appropriate team members.
- Comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements, Colorado Medical Practice Act standards, and organizational policies.
- For Physician Lead roles: provide overall clinical direction and leadership for OnPoint Medical Group activities, as designated.
