Completion of an ACGME accredited neurosurgery residency
Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery
Valid Minnesota medical license or ability to obtain one
Strong surgical skills and experience in complex spinal procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnoses of neurological conditions
Perform surgical interventions for various neurosurgical disorders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Participate in on-call duties and support for neurosurgery
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
