Directs patients to the next appropriate service and tracks their progress. Assures that all patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening and medical evaluation whenever indicated, and that all medical patient care is appropriately documented in the medical record. #The physician is a lead member of the team, focusing on LGBTQ+ primary care, transgender-affirming care, HIV care, HIV prevention care, screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, and gynecologic care.# # 1.## Education: #Board Certified or Board Eligible.# Licensed to practice in New York State. # ##### 2.## Experience: ##### Two to three years in an outpatient setting.
