Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics) As a Primary Care Physician, you will serve as a trusted healthcare partner, providing preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and helping patients achieve their long-term health goals. Essential Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, serving as a trusted healthcare partner.
- Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote preventive health measures, screenings, and wellness initiatives.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
