General PurposeTo perform professional medical activities as a
family medicine primary care provider, delivering comprehensive acute, chronic, and preventative care to patients across the lifespan.
Job Qualifications: - Graduation from an approved medical school.
- Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
- BLS Certification required.
