HSHS Medical Group can also sponsor a H1B at this location. This is a developing program transitioning toward a 50/50 inpatient- outpatient model with expanding APP support.
Position Details:
- Flexible 4 or 5 day schedule
- After hours clinic call only, no hospital call.
- EPIC EMR
- Dedicated support staff
- H1B sponsorship eligible location
Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA (prior to start)
- BE/BC Endocrinology
- M.D., D.O., or MBBS
Pay Range: $295,000 - $352,000

Core Function: Provider
Education Qualifications- Clinical doctorate is required.
Experience Qualifications- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
