The Practice Adventist Health Howard Memorial - Willits, California Adventist Health Mendocino Coast - Fort Bragg, California Adventist Health Ukiah Valley - Ukiah, California - Fee-for-Service Hospital with 50 staffed beds.
- Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center, and 5-star CMS rating.
- 8-bed hybrid ICU with 1-3 admits per day and 2-6 admits per night.
- Intensivists admit during the day and hospitalists admit during the night.
- Procedures not required but a bonus; initial vent management needed.
- On-site imaging and labs.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
