Job DescriptionNorthwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Huntley, IL, in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. - Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians
- Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
- Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 6 weeks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Hospital privileges at McHenry, Huntley, and Woodstock
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- EPIC electronic health system
Qualifications- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
