Location: Chico, California
Facility: Enloe Health-Enloe Medical Center | Level II Trauma Center | 298 Beds

Position Highlights
• Serve as the physician leader bridging clinical operations, medical staff, and information technology throughout the organization
• Partner directly with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) while maintaining close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and physician leadership
• Lead the strategic vision for physician technology adoption, clinical informatics, Epic optimization, and IT service delivery
• Champion clinical workflow improvement, provider efficiency, patient safety initiatives, and physician engagement through technology solutions
• Collaborate with Medical Staff, Nursing, Quality, and Operational leaders to align clinical best practices with information systems strategy
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and operational performance through technology
• Represent Information Technology in key stakeholder meetings and participate in strategic planning, capital initiatives, and enterprise-wide projects
• Play an integral leadership role in Epic optimization, technology governance, change management, and clinical transformation initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
• The position is structured as approximately 50% CMIO administrative leadership and 50% clinical practice. The CMIO component provides an annual salary equivalent of $208,000. Clinical compensation is determined by the physician's specialty and clinical practice, with estimated total annual compensation generally ranging from $300,000 to $600,000 or more, depending on specialty and clinical activity.
