robust three-month onboarding program and pair new Physician Assistants with an experienced
APP Mentor to ensure a smooth transition and help you grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities:- See new and follow-up patients, develop treatment plans, and provide excellent patient care.
- Perform procedures and assist in surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgery Centers-our APPs are leaders in operative skills nationwide.
- Collaborate with physicians in the clinic and provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in hospital rounds, ensuring continuity of care.
- Educate and mentor new APPs and other staff members to promote professional development.
- This position will spend ~4 days/week in Braselton and ~1 day/week in Lawrenceville.
Requirements:- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team environment.
