One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our nonprofit health care clinic in charming Sheridan, Wyoming. Experience is preferred, but we will also consider new grads!
About the Role
As a PA or FNP at One Health, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Qualifications
- Licensed in Wyoming as a PA or CNP or ability to obtain
- Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred: 3-5 years of clinical experience, DOT certification (or ability to obtain)
