The Opportunity - Seeking Emergency Department physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are preferred.
- Current IN state license is a plus.
The Practice Valparaiso Health Center - Valparaiso, Indiana - Valparaiso Health Center is an immediate care center that is part of the Community Healthcare System.
- The facility has on-site access to diagnostic testing such as lab, x-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
- Services offered include cancer care, heart and vascular care, digestive health, occupational therapy, and more.
