Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) - Orthopedics (Hand, Wrist & Elbow)

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an interest in orthopedics and sports medicine to join our growing, collaborative team.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions and injuries
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and other clinical tests
- Administer injections, prescribe medications, and provide non-operative treatment options
- Assist in the management of fractures, tendon injuries, nerve compression syndromes, arthritis, and other hand and wrist conditions
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Participate in Operating Room (OR) time as First Assist for hand and upper extremity surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Respond to patient questions, triage clinical concerns, and provide ongoing education
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current CPR certification
- Orthopedic, surgical, or hand and upper extremity experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
