Provides surgical first assist in the OR for a wide variety of gynecologic cases. Responsibilities • Provides surgical first assist in the operating room and may include rounding on patients pre and post operatively. • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings. • Collaborate with surgeon and OR care team throughout surgical case. • Complete peri-operative and quality improvement tasks as assigned. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $174,300.00 - $189,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
