OverviewStep into an established practice with immediate patient demand in Portland, Oregon. The physicians of The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, in partnership with Forefront Dermatology, are seeking a full-time Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and a skilled clinical support team.
What You'll Do- Provide cosmetic consultations and treatments, including dermal fillers, BOTOX Cosmetic, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive skin treatments as clinically competent
- Perform minor in-office procedures such as lesion and mole removal
- Assist with GLP-1/wellness clinic patient and prescription management as needed
- Facilitate pre-operative appointments, including patient history and physicals, education, authorizations, consents, and coordination of surgical needs
- Provide post-operative patient care and follow-up
- Assist surgeon(s) with major surgeries at local hospitals and the onsite surgery center as needed
- Work closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in staff education, patient care meetings, and other clinical activities as needed

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Oregon licensure as a PA or NP
- Current national certification and required state licensure/certifications
- Cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic experience preferred
- Surgical experience, particularly assisting in plastic surgery, preferred but not required
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
