Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Orthopedics

New England Orthopedic Surgeons
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts

What You'll Do
  • Provide orthopedic care in both clinical and surgical settings
  • Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
  • First-assist in the operating room alongside orthopedic surgeons
  • Participate in pre- and post-operative care and patient education
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical care teams
  • Support hospital rounding and call coverage as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current PA-C certification (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
  • DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment
  • Interest in orthopedics strongly preferred (experience a plus, not required)
