A Unique 12-18 Month APP Emergency Medicine Training ProgramNew graduates and APPs transitioning into emergency medicine will participate in our
residency-style training program, which includes:
- Dedicated physician educators with protected administrative time for teaching
- Structured curriculum covering emergency medicine fundamentals, procedures, clinical decision-making, and high-acuity care
- Graduated autonomy, allowing you to build confidence safely and steadily
- Regular feedback, mentorship, and professional development support
- Integration into our urgent care sites after completing core ED training
This program is designed to build strong, independent emergency medicine APPs who feel supported every step of the way.
