TITLE: Advance Practice Nurse- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law required.
- Advance Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey.
CDS, DEA, and Buprenorphine Waiver required.
- 1 year experience in addiction required.

- Capable of obtaining and maintaining state licensure for APN in state of NJ, Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Buprenorphine Waiver required.
- Maintain and obtain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) credits for licensure as required by state and federal guidelines required.
- Maintain personal liability insurance required.

WORK ENVIRONMENTPotential for exposure to blood borne pathogens along with infectious diseases. (Refers to Blood Bourne Pathogen requirement). This position requires repetitive motion, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and walking a majority of the time. Spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone. Essential functions of this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
