- $30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation
- This is an employed opportunity with Baptist Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians)

- We are in the process of growing our Acute Care Surgery service team to continue providing the highest level of specialty care available to the region
- Join our 5 Acute Care Surgeons and a highly trained, committed support staff
- Primary facility: BMH - Memphis (700 bed tertiary referral center for our 26-hospital system)
- Dedicated OR Access
- Incredibly diverse pathology
- Minimal Trauma (Polytrauma is covered by Elvis Presley Level 1 Trauma Center in downtown Memphis)
- When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being. The schedule includes:
- 7 (24-hour call shifts per month); reimbursement for extra call taken
- Rounding and outpatient clinic
- Minimum of 9 consecutive days off per physician every month
- Great sub-specialty support
- Baptist has a general surgery residency which offers opportunities to teach
- Great collaborative and collegial physicians and administrative team
- As a not-for-profit system, BMHCC qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
