Lead Outpatient PT - $5K Sign On Bonus, Student Loan Reimbursement, 401K with a 4% Match

 

This hospital in Lancaster CA is amazing! We are a Level 2 Truama center, stroke & cancer certifiied, 420 beds, one of the biggest ED's on all of the west coast, and even has a helipad. With all of this being said, you know you are going to see a patient population that you will not get exposed to at most facilities. 

 

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to come lead the outpatient department of our hospital in Lancaster, CA! You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities while leading and mentoring PT's, PTA's, & Aides underneath you. Qualifications
  • Passion around serving others!
  • California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
  • 2 years in a lead PT position.
  • Experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
About

Compensation: $52 - $62/hour + a $5K sign on/retention bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
