Clinic Director

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:$80-100K

Job Location:Princeton,NJ

Responsibilities

Youllachieve success by:

Responsible for the management of daily clinic operations including patient care, employeemanagementand overseeing administrative dutiesin order toensure both high quality patient care and meet the financial goals of the clinic. The Clinic Director reports to their Regional Director

Responsibilities

1.Plangoals andobjectivesannually for office operations andidentifythe resources (staff, equipment, funds)requiredto meet or exceed the goals set for the clinic.

2.Carry a full patient load as set by productivity standards.

3.Monitor pertinent clinic financial and statistical information andmodifyclinic procedures and implement changes as needed to meet goals.

4.Direct marketing efforts and attend community and industry eventsin order toincrease awareness of the clinic.

5.Directly responsiblefor hiring qualified staff to support and contribute to the needs of the clinic. Obtain approval fromRegionalDirector prior to all employee hiring and/or termination.

6.Oversee implementation of company policies and procedures where necessary.

7.Coordinateand manage office operations to ensure company requirements and policies are sufficiently meton a daily basis.

8.Delegate administrative duties to staff and provide instruction as needed.

9.Monitor clinic procedures and resolve problems through collaboration with pertinent contacts, and implement changes as needed.

10.Resolveoperational problems related to customer service, patient issues, accounting procedures, staffissuesand computer systems.

11.Manageclinicsupply ordering budgets and expenses.

12.Attend all company meetings (Director Meetings quarterly, etc.).

13.Oversee employee work/vacation schedules to ensure staffing needs are metin accordance withcompany policy and guidelines. Coordinate financially responsible fill-in staff whereappropriate.

14.Completeannual reviews for staff.

15.Communicate regularly with the Regional Director.

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New Jersey.
  • CPR and first aid certificationrequired
