Job DescriptionWe are seeking a
Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in
Missouri City, Texas. As a
Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Texas state physical therapy license
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plans
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
