Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including knowledge of EMR systems, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and patient's medical records to determine necessary treatments.
• Provide direct patient care in line with established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and provide instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee patient care administered by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop comprehensive treatment goals based on evaluation findings.
• Effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues.
