Job Description

Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers.   • Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop measurable, patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care.
  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain productivity standards while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.
