Responsibilities:- Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.
- Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
- Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
- Timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
- Pediatric Therapy Experience (at least 1 year preferred for this position)
- PT Degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii)
- Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.

Salary Description
$77,000-$85,000 (plus bonuses)
