Qualifications

• Active license in the state of Kansas required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary collaboration for patient care.
• Demonstrated sound judgement in patient interactions.
• Ability to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Engage in communication and case conferences to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Apply judgement and technical skills for effective treatment delivery.
• Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics in all practices.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement safety and infection control measures in patient care.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
