Roseville, California | Full-Time | Base salary $75,000-$100,000 + Gainshare

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $75,000-$100,000, placed by PT level based on experience and demonstrated clinical capability
- Aggressive Gainshare program - monthly bonus pay for every visit above your monthly target, no cap

What We Require
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- California PT license or eligibility for California licensure
- Commitment to evidence-informed, performance-based care
- Desire to keep improving as a clinician and teammate
Sports rehab, S&C, objective testing, SFMA, or CSCS experience is valuable - but capability and willingness to learn matter more than collecting credentials.
