Overview

$90K–$120K, plus up to a $10K sign-on bonus and up to $25K in student loan repayment! Additional earning potential available.

 

Join a fun, welcoming, and highly collaborative clinic environment where you’ll treat a strong Orthopedic patient population in an open space clinic setting, working side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team including on-site orthopedic surgeons and pain management specialists, with learning, mentorship, and clinical growth opportunities built into your day-to-day practice. You’ll also benefit from a built-in referral pipeline from OrthoConnecticut fueling your caseload from day one, all conveniently located on Route 7 in Wilton, CT with easy access to I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. 

 

We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling and are open to discussing 10-hour vs. 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation: $90K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
