A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pleasant Valley is seeking a
Physical Therapist to support patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This role is focused on helping patients improve movement, rebuild strength, manage physical limitations, and return to daily activities with better function.
You will work with a wide range of patients, from age 11 to 90, and provide care in a team-based environment with Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced PTs will have room to continue developing their clinical skills.

Preferred Work Schedule OptionsOption 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday-Friday Schedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Clinic Information- Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week
- Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- EMR System: WebPT
- Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
- Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and identify movement, strength, mobility, pain, and function concerns
- Build individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, and clinical findings
- Provide therapy for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical recovery, and mobility limitations
- Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, balance training, and functional movement activities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and safe activity progression
- Track patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support consistent care
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong patient education, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with patients across different ages and mobility levels
