Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The Physical Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the physical therapist accurately assesses patients' needs: identifies and initiates appropriate physical therapy interventions. Providing care to; pediatric, adolescent, young, middle and older adult patients.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- D.P.T. in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Experience in an adult physical disability setting

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
