Overview

Full-Time Physical Therapist 

Salary:  $80,000 - $100,000/ Year     

Job Location: Brownwood, Florida

Up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses available  

 

Brownwood offers clinical range that's hard to find in a single outpatient setting — an OCS, dedicated pelvic floor therapists, two ortho-certified PTAs, and AIB vestibular training all on the same team. The overhead harness treadmill system expands what's possible for neurological and balance rehab without requiring a pool. Responsibilities

You’ll Achieve Success By:

 

  • Reviewing patients medical history  
  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person 
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns  
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes 
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury   
  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed       
Qualifications

 

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Florida
  • CPR and first aid certification required  

 

About

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
