About the Role:As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Niles, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing and modifying treatment plans as needed
- Providing therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
- Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
Requirements:- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure in the state of Michigan
- 0 years of experience or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) looking to kick-start their career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
