Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience is mandatory, with a preference for Early Intervention experience.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and collaborate with families on strategies for developmental goals.
• Utilize a family-centered approach to enhance caregivers' confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in the child's natural settings including homes and daycare centers.
• Perform re-assessments and prepare bi-annual progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
