Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required
• Pediatric experience necessary; Early Intervention preferred
• Experience in home-based service delivery preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills necessary
• Excellent written and oral communication skills demanded
• Bilingual in Spanish is a beneficial asset

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and deliver physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model
• Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and collaborate with families on goal strategies
• Utilize a family-centered, parent coaching approach to empower caregivers
• Provide services in natural environments such as homes and daycare centers
• Reassess children and compile progress reports generally bi-annually
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in line with regulations
