Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)
- Monthly Bonus: $500 - $2,000 (RVU-based incentives)

Position SummaryThe
Physical Therapist provides high-quality, individualized care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. This role combines autonomy in patient management with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and a superior patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs
- Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR
- Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness
Qualifications- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
