Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys providing individualized care and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
- Provide skilled treatment focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
- Establish functional goals and monitor resident progress throughout treatment
- Adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs and response to therapy
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply
