Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)Opportunity in: Green Valley and Sahuarita
Full-Time:- Compensation: Up to $115,000 annually
Part-Time:- Compensation: $65-$90 per visit
- Minimum requirement of 5 visits per week

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:- Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points.
- Assess changes in the patient's status since the last visit/treatment day.
- Determine whether the planned services should be modified.
- Submit documentation of treatment and skilled intervention provided.
- Participate in educating the patient and the family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals.
A few must-haves for Home Health Physical Therapists:- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist active in Arizona.
- One (1) year Physical Therapy experience.
- Experience working in home care setting preferred.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- No Covid Vaccination Required
