The Opportunity:

  • Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Location: Salinas, CA (30 minutes from Monterey Bay)
  • Compensation: $60.00-$72.00+ per hour (DOE)
  • Incentives: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses
  • Support:Sponsorship Available | Tuition Reimbursement
  • Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN (New Graduates Welcome!)


Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform high-quality physical therapy evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans for post-acute and long-term care residents.
  • Skilled Interventions: Implement evidence-based treatments to improve resident mobility, balance, strength, and overall functional independence.
  • IDT Collaboration: Partner closely with nursing, therapy, and medical providers to ensure a holistic approach to resident recovery.
  • Expert Documentation: Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with California state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Advocacy: Educate residents and their families on individualized therapy programs, safety protocols, and long-term functional goals.
  • Clinical Leadership: Foster a positive, team-oriented therapy environment focused on achieving the highest possible outcomes for our residents.
