Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time

$40-$50/hour
Anderson, SC

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services. This role is responsible for evaluation, treatment planning, team collaboration, and supervision of therapy staff to support residents' recovery and mobility goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents within required timeframes and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care goals
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes per regulatory standards
  • Supervise PTAs, aides, and students in compliance with state practice act
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on resident care plans
  • Participate in care conferences, utilization review, and rehab meetings
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and discharge needs
  • Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations
  • Provide staff training and in-service education
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations
