Physical Therapist / PT (Home Health) Pay range: Starting at $52 per hour, depending on experience Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5 and some weekends Territory/Location: Idaho Falls, ID and surrounding areas Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
