Physical Therapist / PT (Home Health) $10K Sign-On! Pay range: $65-$75/hour , depending on experience, open to discussion! Offering a $10K Sign-on! Schedule/Shift: Mon- Fri 8AM-5PM Territory/Location: Davis and surrounding locations! Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
