Chambersburg, PA & Surrounding Areas$75+/Hour | W-2 | Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN | Build Your Own Schedule

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide Early Intervention services for children ages 0–3 in Chambersburg and surrounding communities.

Whether you're looking for a full-time change, a flexible side opportunity, or just a few extra hours each week, we can build a caseload around your availability and where you live.

  • Stay close to home.We work to keep your visits within approximately 30 minutes of your home whenever possible. Current opportunities are available throughout Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg and Waynesboro.
  • You control your schedule.Coordinate visits directly around your availability and your families' schedules. No rigid clinic schedule and no punching a clock.
  • Approximately 1-hour visits—including documentation time.Your session time includes both treatment and documentation, with a company-provided laptop to make documentation easier.
  • Hybrid flexibility available.Depending on caseload and service needs, some responsibilities may be completed remotely.

  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
